Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you when your parcel was dispatched.
Step 2: Track on Japan Post Website
Enter your tracking number on the Japan Post tracking page.

Step 3: Understand the Key Tracking Updates
There are two important status updates to watch for:

It's completely normal to see no updates for several days after your parcel leaves Japan.
Why? Your parcel has arrived in your country and is waiting for customs clearance. This is where most delays occur.
