Preorder Policy

Some items in our store are offered as preorders — products that are not yet in stock but are expected to become available at a future date. This policy explains how preorders work and how you can cancel them.

How payment works for preorders

⚠️ We're currently transitioning our preorder system from our third-party partner Purple Dot to our own internal system. During this transition, both systems may be used depending on the product.

• Purple Dot preorders: Your payment method is stored at checkout and charged only when all your preordered items have arrived in our warehouse. If your payment method is declined when we attempt to charge it, you will have 7 days to update your payment details. If no action is taken within that time, your preorder will be automatically cancelled.
• Internal system preorders: Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Yes! You can cancel a preorder anytime for free before it has been shipped. Just send us an email — no explanation needed.

Please note that during busy periods, it may take a few days for us to read your email. If your order is shipped before we can process your cancellation request, the cancellation won't be possible — even if it was requested before the order was shipped.

Please also note how refunds are handled depending on the system used:

• Purple Dot preorders: If your payment method has not yet been charged, the preorder is simply cancelled at no cost. If payment has already been collected, you will be refunded in store credit (valid for 12 months), not to your original payment method.
• Internal system preorders: Cancellations will be refunded in store credit, not to your original payment method. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can only be used to buy In stock items (not preorder items).

Important things to know

• Estimated shipping dates displayed on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from manufacturers or suppliers can occur and are outside our control.
• If you order preorder and regular items together, all items will be shipped in a single parcel once everything is ready. This means shipping will happen around the latest expected availability date among your preordered items.
• Once a preorder has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on returns.
