🔍 How to Track Your Parcel
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you when your parcel was dispatched.
Step 2: Track on Japan Post Website
Enter your tracking number on the Japan Post tracking page.
⏱️ Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after shipping.
Step 3: Understand the Key Tracking Updates
There are two important status updates to watch for:
⚠️ Don't Panic If Tracking Stops Updating!
It's completely normal to see no updates for several days after your parcel leaves Japan.
Why? Your parcel has arrived in your country and is waiting for customs clearance. This is where most delays occur.

From the shipping date, you can expect delivery within:
