How to track your parcel?
After your parcel was shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel on the Japan Post website.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.
There are two key tracking steps highlighted in green and blue in the image below:
The step highlighted in blue, "Dispatch from outward office of exchange", indicates that your parcel has left Japan.
After this step, it's completely normal to not see any updates for several days. This occurs because your parcel has arrived in your country and is awaiting Customs clearance. Delays typically happen during this stage.
Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within:
- 7 business days after shipping with Express
- 20 days after shipping with Economy or Standard
- 90 days after shipping with Saving (By sea)
Once your parcel is in your country, it will be handled by your local delivery service. You can use the same tracking number on their website for more detailed tracking.
