The price shown on each product page. Our base currency is the Japanese yen, and prices may be displayed in your local currency depending on the country or region you select. Shipping is not included in the price (see "Additional charges").
For deliveries within Japan, Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added at checkout and included in your order total. For deliveries outside Japan (exports), no Japanese consumption tax is charged.
The total amount of your order, including items, shipping and any duties and taxes collected at checkout, is shown at checkout before you place your order.

• 関税・輸入税等：
  • 米国向けのすべての配送方法、およびチェックアウト画面でDDP（関税・税金込み）と表示されているその他の配送方法では、関税・輸入税等をご注文時にお支払いいただきます。商品のお受け取り時に追加でお支払いいただくものはありません。
  • それ以外の配送（DDU：関税等受取人払い）では、お届け先の国・地域で課される関税・輸入税・手数料等はすべてお客様のご負担となり、商品のお受け取り時にお支払いいただきます。これらの費用は当社が徴収するものではなく、返金の対象外です。
• 為替手数料等：お客様のカード会社または金融機関所定の為替手数料・海外事務手数料等が発生する場合は、お客様のご負担となります。
• 返品時の送料：お客様のご都合による返品の送料は、お客様のご負担となります（「返品・交換について」をご参照ください）。不良品・破損・誤配送の場合は当社が負担いたします。
• 返送された荷物：宛先不備、受取拒否、保管期限切れ、関税等の未払いなどにより、当社の事前の確認なく当社へ返送された荷物は、お客様のご負担で再発送するか、送料および10%の返品手数料を差し引いて返金いたします。関税等の未払いによる返送の場合、配送業者から請求される追加費用は、お客様にご請求するか、返金額から差し引きます。

• Shipping: calculated by the weight and size of the items, the destination and the shipping method. The amount is shown at checkout before you place your order and is paid by the customer. See our Shipping policy.
• Import duties and taxes:
  • For every shipping method to the United States, and for any other shipping method labelled at checkout as DDP (duties and taxes included), duties and taxes are paid at checkout. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
  • For all other shipments (DDU: duties unpaid), all import duties, taxes and fees charged in the destination country or region are paid by the customer on delivery. We do not collect these charges and they are not refundable.
• Currency conversion fees: any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer or bank are paid by the customer.
• Return shipping: return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer (see "Returns and exchanges"). For defective, damaged or wrong items, we cover it.
• Parcels returned to us: parcels returned to us without our prior confirmation (for example because of a wrong address, refused delivery, a parcel not collected, or unpaid duties) are either reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. For parcels returned because of unpaid duties, any extra fees charged by the carrier are charged to the customer or deducted from the refund.

前払いとなります。ご注文時（チェックアウト時）に、ご注文の全額（商品代金・送料、DDPの配送方法の場合は関税・税金を含む）をお支払いいただきます。
予約商品を含むご注文も同様に、商品の発送時ではなくご注文時に全額をお支払いいただきます。内金（予約金）のお支払いや、発送時の後日請求はございません。

Payment is made in advance. The full amount of your order (items, shipping, and duties and taxes for DDP shipping methods) is charged when you place your order at checkout.
This also applies to orders containing pre-order items: they are paid in full at checkout, not when the order ships. We do not take deposits, and there is no later charge.

• 在庫商品：お支払いの確認後、通常7日以内（土日祝日を含む）に発送いたします。輸出申告が必要な商品は、発送までに数日多くかかる場合があります。
• 予約商品：各商品ページに「Estimated shipping」として表示している発送予定時期（例：「Late Aug 2027」は2027年8月下旬）に発送いたします。発送予定時期は目安であり、保証するものではありません。延期となった場合はメールでお知らせいたします。
• 予約商品を含むご注文：ご注文内のすべての商品が揃った時点で、まとめて発送いたします。
• お届けまでの日数：発送後、配送方法およびお届け先により約4日〜3か月です。選択された配送方法のお届け日数の目安は、チェックアウト画面に表示されます。通関やお届け先の国・地域での配送状況により、遅れが生じる場合があります。

• In-stock items: usually shipped within 7 days after your payment is confirmed (weekends and public holidays included). Items that require an export declaration may take a few extra days to ship.
• Pre-order items: shipped in the estimated shipping period shown on each product page under "Estimated shipping" (for example "Late Aug 2027"). This date is an estimate, not a guarantee. If it is postponed, we will let you know by email.
• Orders containing pre-order items: the whole order ships together once every item in it is ready.
• Delivery time: after shipping, delivery takes about 4 days to 3 months depending on the shipping method and destination. The estimate for each shipping method is shown at checkout. Customs and local delivery conditions may cause delays.

Shipped from Japan by Japan Post (EMS, ePacket and others), DHL Express or UPS. The methods available depend on your destination, and you choose one at checkout. Tracked options are available.

お客様のご都合による返品は、以下の条件で承ります。

• 返品期限：商品到着日から30日以内にご連絡ください（全商品が対象です）。
• 返品条件：未使用で、お届け時と同じ状態であり、タグおよび元のパッケージが揃っていること。購入を証明するものが必要です。
• お手続き：返品の前に、必ずメール（[email protected]）にてご連絡ください。事前のご連絡なく返送された商品はお受けいたしかねます。
• 返品送料：お客様のご都合による返品の送料は、日本国内・国外を問わずお客様のご負担となります。商品が当社に到着するまでの責任はお客様が負うものとします。
• 返金：返品商品の受領・検品後、返品が承認された場合は10日以内に、ご注文時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。日本国外へのご注文の場合、当初の送料および配送手数料は返金いたしかねます。
• 交換：商品の交換は承っておりません。返品のうえ、改めてご注文ください。

本条件は、お客様がお住まいの国・地域の消費者保護法令に基づく権利を制限するものではありません。詳しくは返品・返金ポリシーをご覧ください。

We accept change-of-mind returns on the following conditions:

• Return period: request your return within 30 days of receiving the item (all items).
• Condition: the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with its tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• How to return: please email us at [email protected] before sending anything back. Items sent back without contacting us first are not accepted.
• Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, whether you are in Japan or abroad. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Refunds: once we have received and inspected the returned item, approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 days. For orders shipped outside Japan, the original shipping cost and any delivery fee are not refunded.
• Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. See our Refund policy for details.

商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに内容をご確認ください。商品の不良・破損があった場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後48時間以内に、開封時の様子を撮影した動画（開封動画）を添えてメール（[email protected]）にてご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、当社の負担（送料無料）で商品をご返送いただき、交換品をお送りいたします。お客様にご負担いただく費用はありません。お申し出には開封動画が必要です。商品到着後48時間を過ぎてからのお申し出はお受けいたしかねます。

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with a video of you opening the parcel (unboxing video). Once we have confirmed the issue, we arrange for the item to be returned to us free of charge and send you a replacement, at no cost to you. An unboxing video is required, and issues reported more than 48 hours after receipt cannot be accepted.

• 在庫商品：発送前に限り、メールにてキャンセルのご依頼を承ります。発送前に当社がご依頼を確認できた場合のみキャンセル可能となるため、キャンセルをお約束するものではありません。キャンセルが成立した場合は、ご注文時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。
• 予約商品：発送前であれば、理由を問わずいつでもキャンセルいただけます（ご依頼の確認前に発送された場合を除きます）。返金は、ご注文全体（商品代金・送料、およびチェックアウト時にお支払いいただいた関税・税金）について、有効期限12か月のストアクレジット（当社サイトでのお買い物にご利用いただけるクレジット）にて行います。ただし、発送予定時期がご注文時の表示から30日を超えて延期された場合は、ご希望によりご注文時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。
• 送料の再計算：当社システムの誤りにより送料が正しく計算されなかった場合は、当社からご連絡いたします。不足分の送料をお支払いいただくか、ご注文をキャンセルいただくかをお選びいただけます。
• 発送後：ご注文のキャンセルはできません。上記「返品・交換について」に従ってご対応いたします。

• In-stock items: you can request a cancellation by email before your order ships. We can only cancel if we read your request before the order has shipped, so cancellation is not guaranteed. If your order is cancelled, we refund you to your original payment method.
• Pre-order items: you can cancel at any time before shipping, without giving a reason (unless the order ships before we have processed your request). The whole order (items, shipping, and any taxes and duties paid at checkout) is refunded as store credit valid for 12 months. However, if the estimated shipping date is postponed by more than 30 days from the date shown when you ordered, we will refund you to your original payment method on request.
• Shipping cost revision: if our system miscalculated your shipping cost, we will contact you. You can then either pay the difference in shipping or cancel your order.
• After shipping: orders can no longer be cancelled. Our returns terms above apply.

当社は、ご注文をお断りする権利、ならびにお一人様・一世帯・一注文あたりの購入数量を制限し、またはキャンセルする権利を留保します。販売業者・転売業者・卸売業者によるものと当社が判断したご注文については、お断りし、または数量を制限する場合があります。また、商品価格・送料・在庫状況等の表示に誤りがあった場合は、ご注文後であっても、表示を訂正し、またはご注文をキャンセルする場合があります。

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If there is an error in prices, shipping charges or availability, we may correct it or cancel the order, including after you have placed it.
